Toastmasters International membership fees are due every six months on the 1st April and 1st October. New members pay a slightly discounted rate until one of those dates is reached. From then onwards, you will pay the regular member price for six or twelve months.
The minimum membership is 3 months, so if you join in February or March your membership runs to 30th September and if you join in August or September your membership runs to 31st March.

If you are new to Toastmasters, you will need the Competent Communicator and Competent Leader manuals. For those and including a one-off admin fee, we charge £25 on top of the above.
